| My favorite book is Angela's Ashes by Frank McCourt. It's one of the only books I've ever read that made me both laugh out loud and cry. It is darkly funny and also tragic as McCourt recounts his childhood in Ireland at the turn of the century. It has won a bunch of literary prizes and in my opinion, definitely lives up to its reputation! |
