This website will provide the college staff, faculty, vendors and contractors the resources to understand and apply the policies and procedures related to obtaining goods and services.

Vendors and Contractors should become acquainted with Doing Business with Chaffey College.  New vendors must provide references, quotes, and company information prior to meeting with the Purchasing department staff.  Check out the vendor registration procedure under the VENDORS link. 

Construction and maintenance contractors interested in upcoming bids and bid results will find the information under the CONTRACTORS link.  All bid results are posted on-line shortly after the bid opening.
