Staff Development

The Office of Professional Development has several opportunities available for staff development. We are happy to announce the creation of the Support Staff Certificate Program. In addition, staff are eligible for travel and conference funds.

As a special service, the Office of Professional Development is able to arrange special training if you or your staff cannot attend the regularly scheduled training sessions.

Support Success Center Certificate (SSCC)

The Support Success Center Certificate (SSCC) program is designed to enable and empower classified staff and management to improve their knowledge and skills in areas that are germane to their current and future positions at Chaffey College.  This goal is designed to further support and enhance the College’s mission of being a learning-centered institution with a focus on the student learner.

Workshops are open to all Chaffey employees including classified staff, full-time faculty, adjunct faculty, and management. However, classified staff will have enrollment priority.
