You will only be able to access an online course only when you are officially registered in the class. You will be able to log in to your online class after noon on the first scheduled day of the class. If you have added an online course after the first day of the class, it will take at least one business day after you visit admissions and records before you will be able to access the course on Blackboard.

Log in with your username and password.

Username: Your username is your Chaffey 7-digit student ID number (this is different than your SSN).
     EXAMPLE: John Smith, ID# 1234567 would have the username of 1234567. INITIALS ARE NOT REQUIRED.

Password: Your initial password is your six digit date-of-birth in the mmddyy format.
     EXAMPLE: John Smith's date-of-birth is May 30, 1989. His password would be 053089.

After logging in to Blackboard the first time, make sure to update your e-mail address by clicking on the Personal Information link in the Tools box on the left side of the screen.
