How to Log into your Course
You will only be able to access an online course only when you are officially registered in the class. If you have added an online course after the first day of the class, it will take at least one business day after you visit admissions and records before you will be able to access the course on Blackboard.
Access Blackboard.
Log in with your username and password.
BEGINNING SUMMER 2009, USERNAME FORMAT HAS CHANGED
Username: Your username is your Chaffey 7-digit student ID number (this is different than your SSN).
EXAMPLE: John Smith, ID# 1234567 would have the username of 1234567. INITIALS ARE NO LONGER REQUIRED.
Password: Your initial password is your six digit date-of-birth in the mmddyy format.
EXAMPLE: John Smith's date-of-birth is May 30, 1989. His password would be 053089.

You may access your online course after noon on the first scheduled day of the course. Example: if the first scheduled day of your class is 6/8/09, you will be able to access the class after noon on 6/8/09.
