How is Cooperative Education different from traditional classes?

In Co-op classes, students do not attend class on a regular basis. Instead, they meet with an instructor three times during the semester. On the first meeting, all assignments are listed on a learning agreement. A second, site visit appointment (for 497 and 96 courses) is held at the student's workplace with the supervisor. A final appointment, after coursework has been turned in, results in a grade for work completed.

For more information, contact the people in the Cooperative Education office.
