HOW TO DO YOUR OWN LOAN MODIFICATIONS
Course description: This course will help participants identify the red flags of mortgage loan foreclosure, loan modification schemes and learn how to avoid becoming a victim of loan fraud. They will learn how to complete the “Financial Worksheet”. They will learn what is considered reasonable and unreasonable monthly expenses. Participants will learn what information is needed in the “Hardship Letter”, which is required by lenders and/ or loan services’ to be used as a consideration for a loan modification. They will learn how to use the Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae loan look up feature via internet to determine if there is owned by either Freddie Mac or Fannie Mae. Participants will gain an overall working knowledge and understanding of the Mortgage Loan Modification Process
