About the Program:

The Chaffey College Real Estate program provides the student educational requirements for the real estate broker's license and real estate salesperson's license (State of California Department of Real Estate issues licenses).

The real estate professional in California is concerned with the transfer of title, real property, and those activities supporting this vital function. Ranging in scope from teh sale of single-family residence to the management of a multi-unit residential complex, the real estate industTuesday, May 19, 2009enses. The California Real Estate Commission has established stringent regulations, and the National Association of Realtors has an equally stringent code of ethics to insure a high level of individual provessionalism. Instructors in this program are involved in the real restate profession. They have current, and past real-life experiences that enhance the level of their instruction.
